Snapshots (SERP Top Websites) and My competitors

Snapshot is a Top websites list for a keyword. Snapshots will help you:

  • collect Top pages for unlimited number of keywords;
  • view ranked pages (URLs of websites from the search results) and snippets of all Top websites;
  • identify your competitors from the search results;
  • analyze the best pages of your competitors and use them to develop a strategy for your website SEO.

You can collect Snapshots in all search engines supported in Topvisor, as well as choose the depth of the SERP Top from Top 20 to Top 100.

While checking Snapshots we also check rankings and form SERP competitors 💯
Snapshots, My competitors, and Rank Tracker are all part of the same tool set. When we collect Snapshots, we also check Top sites in My Competitors and check rankings for free. If you've started scanning in Snapshots, you don't need to run it in other tools.

I refreshed rankings for one keyword, the rank updated, but the Snapshot didn’t. Why?
Even if Snapshot collection is enabled in Project Settings, the Snapshot is not collected during one keyword check. If you need to update the Snapshot for a single keyword, you can place it in a separate group and run a check using a filter in that group — this way, the Top's Snapshot will be updated.
