What different colors mean

Yandex updates are marked in red, rank checking — in blue, and dark color highlights the selected dates.

Rank tracking: Calendar

How to build a report in the Calendar

  1. Click on the date range.
  2. Select the period type (Period/Only Yandex updates/Two dates/Last day of month/Optional dates).
  3. Select a time range — enter the dates manually, select them on the calendar, or select one of the preset periods (1 Year/Previous Month/This Month/1 Month/1 Week/Random).
  4. Click Ok.
I've checked rankings today, but the data doesn't show up! What's the matter?
To see the last check, open the Calendar and select Period and 1 Year. Most likely, you've selected a different period, such as Yandex Updates or Last Check of the Month.

What are the differences between periods

Period

Select Period to see the checks made in the selected time period.

Change “Max dates” to reduce the number of checks in the table 📅
Rank Tracker displays 30 checks max. If you've made more checks in the selected time range, only the most recent checks would be displayed.
In Calendar, I can select a maximum of 30 checks, but I check ranks every day and I have a lot more. How can I see the entire history?
In this case, you can't display the entire history at once: there are so many checks (and there can also be snippets!) that it will be inconvenient to view the information. You can view the checks “in parts”, i.e. select the last 30 checks, then the previous 30 checks, and so on. But we recommend selecting the Last day of Month in Calendar. This allows you to see the positions trend over a long period of time.

Only Yandex updates

Select Only Yandex updates to display only checks made on the days of updates. This will help you understand how the updates have affected the website's rankings.

Two dates

Select Two Dates to display only the outermost (the first and the last) checks of the selected time range. This will help you compare rankings, for example, before and after optimization.

Last day of month

Select Last day of month to leave one last check in each month of the selected time range. In this way, you can see the dynamics in project rankings over a long period, for example, when a project is checked daily, and you want to see changes in ranks over a year.

Optional dates

Select Optional dates to generate report on manually selected checks. Checks can be selected in Calendar or inserted in a list. Click to sort the entered dates.
