Topvisor branded URL Shortener tpvsr.com, hereinafter Topvisor URL Shortnener, is a part of the Topvisor platform. It's a free tool that allows to create compact URLs. Topvisor URL Shortener is available to registered and not registered users. Registered users automatically get access to the extended stats (the number of clicks; browsers; operation systems; sources and geography) for every single created link.

Please note that Topvisor URL Shortener can redirect users to the links that already exist on the Internet. Topvisor Co.,Ltd is a developer of the software for creating short links, we do not host the content these links redirect to and do not store it.

All harmful links and that violate this policy will be blocked. All users who place harmful links will be disabled.

Please do not use Topvisor URL Shortener to direct users to sites containing spam, Internet viruses and malware. Do not violate this policy, respect other Internet users. If you noticed a harmful link, please report abuse to the Topvisor Customer Care.

Phishing, spam, malware

We forbid using the Topvisor URL Shortener to shorten links to sites containing spam, Internet viruses and malware. Spammy sites include low quality sites made solely to advertise low value content. Malware sites include sites that spread and transmit content that can damage and harm the operation of the servers, networks, etc. Do not use tpvsr.com for shortening links that:

• that contain nothing but IP addresses;
• that are links shortened by shortening services (either tpvsr.com or any others);
• that are links to package/executable files (like .apk, .dmg, .exe, .zip, etc.) or links to pages that auto download such files.

Please do not direct users to phishing sites. Phishing sites include sites engaged in stealing, acquiring, collecting, and storing sensitive data such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details.

Child Exploitation

We do not permit to redirect users to content that abuses or exploits children. This includes all content that presents children in a sexual manner and all child sexual abuse imagery. You must not direct users to sites that create, store, or distribute this kind of content.
