List of fields in a csv file
- 1 - search engine key (searcher_key), mandatory
- 2 - name or region key (region_key), mandatory
- 3 - two-letter country code (country_code)
- 4 - interface language (lang)
- 5 - device type (region_device)
- 6 - depth of rank tracking (region_depth)
